Player Account Registration

To Participate, you must register a player account to play Galaxy Fortunes. There is no charge for opening an account. You are allowed to have only one Player Account, including any Inactive Account, on the platform. If you attempt to open more than one Customer Account, all accounts you have opened or try to open may be cancelled or suspended.

Player Accounts FAQ's

If you wish to close your player account, you may do so at any time by selecting the "Contact Us" link on the platform and filling in the form 'Close Customer Account' or by emailing support@galaxyfortune.com.

Inactive Player Accounts

We reserve the right to deactivate your Customer Account if it is deemed to be an Inactive Account.
